## About the role

We are looking for a hands-on, analytical, and communicative Demand Planner to join our Supply Chain team at our EMEA headquarters in Mechelen. Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring our operations run smoothly, efficiently, and cost-effectively. Your responsibilities will span demand planning, inventory management, sales forecasting, and production planning, all aligned with our European Supply Chain procedures.##

How you will contribute
• Develop and refine sales forecasts in collaboration with the Sales team at customer/material level.
• Propose and implement strategies to enhance forecast accuracy.
• Monitor sales targets from key customers and track order placements.
• Analyze and validate production requirements based on service levels and inventory goals.
• Address demand-related challenges proactively and effectively.
• Collaborate with fellow Demand Planners to optimize workflows.
• Maintain cross-functional communication with departments such as Marketing, Procurement, Sales, RA/QA, and Customer Service.
• Ensure all activities comply with JSOX and ISO quality standards, while embodying Nipro’s core values.## What you bring to Nipro
• A Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience.
• A passion for teamwork and achieving shared goals.
• A mindset where deadlines drive motivation, not stress.
• A balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
• Strong organizational skills, a growth mindset, and a sense of ownership.
• Experience with SAP is a plus.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written), our working language.## Preferred Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
