Louvain-la-Neuve, Belgium In this role you will be responsible for orchestrating flows within local supply chain in adherence with customer requests and standard leadtime agreements, by following production schedules which meet company punctuality/customer satisfaction targets while optimizing inventory and local supply chain’s efficiency.  Additionally, the “Hyper Care SPOC” plays a key role in responding to and resolving issues (raw material delay/stock issue) in collaboration with local teams to meet customer requirements and drive the service in aim of maximizing the service, costs, cash and trade offs.  

As of yet this role will be for a 12 month period.
** Your key responsibilities
*** Lead Hypercare Monitoring:
Conduct daily meetings with QC, production, and planning teams to track progress and ensure OTIF adherence, including action plan follow-up.
* Communication & Reporting:
Share updates with stakeholders, report deviations to management, and produce quarterly performance reports highlighting improvement opportunities.
* Order & Delivery Management:
Ensure accurate SO entry, create/release process/ZFRO orders, monitor priorities, and confirm customer orders until departure, exploring expedited options when needed + Plan bulk raw material deliveries,
* Sample Coordination:
Deliver co-ship and pre-ship samples with proper documentation to the Sampling team and ensure timely dispatch per defined standards.
* Issue Resolution & RCA:
Support or lead root cause analysis for deviations, investigate customer NCs, and participate in follow-up action plans.
* Supply Chain

Collaboration:

Review order status with stakeholders, and act as the single point of contact for Customer Experience, consolidating plant and supply chain information.

** You bring
*** A minimum of 1 year experience in supply chain, with a strong preference in planning.
* Bachelor degree in supply chain management or a similar dicipline.
* Fluency in the French and English language.
* Experience in SAP and good microsoft office skills.
* The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong communicative skills and the ability to work in/as a team.
