As an L&D Support, you will play a key role in ensuring that our training organization continues to run smoothly within our growing company. You’ll join a dynamic team of six colleagues based at our Zwijndrecht headquarters, coordinating various training planning activities for our national, international, and maritime employees.### Your responsibilities
* Manage a variety of administrative tasks related to Training
* Actively participate in planning the weekly and monthly training schedules.
* Enter and maintain information in the
** Learning Management System (Cornerstone)**.
* Serve as a
** contact person
** for training-related questions and communication with our training partners.
* Take ownership of a
** long-term project
** extending over several years.
* Arrange
** logistics for training participants**, including hotel bookings and travel plans.###

Your profile
* Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
* A flexible attitude and adaptability in a fast-changing environment.
* Proactive, responsible, and a true team player.
* Fluent in
** Dutch and English**, both spoken and written.
* Previous experience in a similar role.
* Experience with
** STCW certification
