ALSEA, as part of the development in Belgium of its STARBUCKS brand, world leader in coffee distribution, is recruiting SHIFT SUPERVISORs for its coffee shop in ANTWERP.

The Shift Supervisor assists the Store Manager in the coffee store. As the pillar of success of the business, the Shift Supervisor's tasks are diverse:

• communicating his/her passion and expertise for coffee to customers and baristas,
• helping to manage the teams and the day-to-day management of the store (managing schedules, allocating tasks, welcoming and training partners),
• ensure compliance with quality, health and safety- and Starbucks standards.
