In de functie van Business Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de acquisitie- en ontwikkelingsactiviteiten van je eigen portfolio aan vastgoedprojecten. Je hebt een senior positie met een cruciale impact op de toekomstige groei van jouw regio, waarbij je samenwerkt met multidisciplinaire teams en een groeiend team van projectontwikkelaars aanstuurt.
Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruitzien?- Verantwoordelijk voor acquisitie- en ontwikkelingsactiviteiten van toegewezen vastgoedprojecten.
- Evalueren van de operationele status en vooruitzichten van je businessportfolio samen met de Director.
- Actief zoeken naar winstgevende acquisitiekansen in buurtontwikkelingsprojecten.
- Leidinggeven aan een team van projectontwikkelaars en coördineren van samenwerking met multidisciplinaire teams.
