The Industrial Performance Department is launching its 2026 edition of the Knauf Insulation
Industrial Graduate Programme
. This 24‑month graduate programme will allow you to rotate across various locations and plants in Europe. This is an amazing opportunity to start building a global career in a purpose‑driven, innovation‑led environment.

The Industrial Graduate Programme is a hands‑on opportunity within the Industrial Performance team, focusing on improving processes, troubleshooting production issues, and enhancing quality and efficiency. This position is designed to provide structured growth opportunities, international mobility, and the chance to then take a permanent opportunity and build a global career in a purpose‑driven, innovation‑led environment.

What you’ll be doing:

Each day brings new challenges and learning: one day, you might be collaborating with cross‑functional teams to improve a process; the next, you’re troubleshooting in a given plant, directly impacting quality and efficiency.

More specifically, you will:

  • Support teams managing small and larger projects.
  • Gain practical experience and learning opportunities throughout the program.
  • Communicate with a range of different people and teams.
  • Take an active part in your programme and your own professional development.
  • Follow the international trainee ships and continuously develop in the trainings.
  • Integrate and promote the Knauf Insulation culture and values.
  • Create your own professional network.

This is a 24‑month programme starting in September 2026. It requires a willingness to travel and be located in various locations in Europe: first 3 months will be in a designated plant for local onboarding, the next 6 months will be dedicated to build central connections and knowledge in Belgium and Slovenia, and the last 15 months will be back in the initial designated plant to take on projects within our process and quality teams.

What we’d love for you to have:
  • You will be graduating this year/have been recently graduated in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical or Electromechanical).
  • You have internship experience in a manufacturing or production environment or manufacturing‑related experience as part of school projects or student job.
  • You are fluent in English, additional European language is a plus (and might be required for specific locations).
  • You are flexible and adaptable to relocate in international environments for shorter or longer periods of time.
  • You are not afraid to travel and you are resourceful.
  • You are open‑minded and you want to learn continuously.
  • You have entrepreneurial
