As a Production Engineer in our Cold End & Quality Department, you’ll help perfect the final stages of production. After each bottle has been gradually cooled and coated with protective cold spray, you’ll ensure it meets the strictest quality standards. Your technical insight and drive for improvement will ensure our bottles remain strong, sustainable and reliable; right down to the last drop.

Join our dynamic organization as a Production Engineer in our Cold End and Quality Department. This is the department where glass bottles are gradually cooled, cold coated and undergo various product checks to meet high quality requirements. Here you will be the driving force behind the innovation and efficiency of our production processes in collaboration with various teams. - Manage and optimize process parameters to ensure efficient and stable production
- Perform statistical process checks and analyze measurement data to improve product quality and efficiency
- Monitor production data, packaging materials and the correct operation of machinery and equipment
- Supervise the correct execution of inspections of glass packaging and the use of packaging materials within the set specifications
- Identifying deviations and taking corrective and preventive measures to minimize quality and production problems
- Compiling, analyzing and reporting data related to production, material consumption, personnel monitoring and other relevant processes
- Review and archive documents and records related to process records and quality assurance
- Participate in internal and external audits, ensure compliance with management system standards and follow up on corrective actions
- Act as a point of contact for employees, sharing team feedback with supervisors and contributing to staff evaluations and development
- Follow technological developments and innovative trends within the field and propose improvement initiatives
- Actively contribute to sustainability initiatives and projects to improve environmental impact and efficient use of resources
- Assume operational duties of the Cold End/Quality Manager in the absence and ensure smooth progress of operations
- A bachelor's degree in an electromechanical field or other relevant engineering degree (e.g., food, environmental, mining, materials science) linked to glass manufacturing
- A first experience in the process industry
- You are open‑minded and eager to learn. We will train you in the exciting and challenging glass production process
- Driven by continuous improvement, you go the extra mile for the best alternatives and solutions
- You have a systematic analytical approach with a keen sense of responsibility towards project finance, project planning and knowledge sharing with colleagues in general
- Strong communication skills with all stakeholders in Dutch and English (spoken and written)
- Functioning in team to realize the complete project together
- Dynamic personality characterized by proactivity and innovation
- Presence on the work floor is important to you
