Als operator blaasfolie‑extrusie ben je verantwoordelijk voor de goede voortgang van het volledige productieproces. Je volgt het proces nauwgezet op, stuurt bij en grijpt in waar nodig om een vlot en kwaliteitsvol proces te garanderen.

Volgende zaken horen tot jouw takenpakket:

• Instellen van de extrusie-machines en bewaken van het proces;
• Uitvoeren van de nodige controles en procedures;
• Registreren van data uit de productiesystemen;
• Afgewerkte producten verpakken door middel van de volautomatische verpakkingslijnen of manueel;
• Je staat, samen met je collega's, mee in voor het preventief onderhoud van de machines. Je volgt deze mee op en speelt hierin een actieve, betrokken rol;
• Melden en opvolging van technische storingen behoren mee tot je takenpakket;
• Als onmisbare schakel binnen je team en het productieproces sta je mee in voor de veiligheid, kwaliteit en efficiëntie binnen onze site.
