Een sociale organisatie is op zoek naar een gedreven uitbater/begeleider voor de inclusieve koffie- en lunchbar Bar Kans. Je geeft vorm aan een nieuwe horeca-ervaring, geleid door mensen met een beperking. Met een bachelordiploma en relevante ervaring ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse organisatie, aansturen van medewerkers en creëren van een warme ontmoetingsplek. De rol biedt de kans om een nieuwe werking op te starten in een stimulerende omgeving in Diest.
