- Supporttheimplementationandmanagementofsafety-related systems.
- Driveprocessimprovementandtechnologyadoptioninitiatives.
- Partnerwithbusiness,IT,andexternalsupplierstodeliversystemenhancements.
- Support investigations,system upgrades,testing,andusertrainingactivities.
- Contributetovalidationdocumentationandreleaseactivities.
- 5+years'experiencesupportingsafetysystemswithinapharmaceuticalenvironment.
- Strongunderstandingofpharmacovigilanceprocessesandpractices.
- Experience with Computer System Validation (CSV).
- KnowledgeofUATexecution,dataintegrityassessments,andsystemdocumentation.
- Experienceworkingwithsafetydatabasesandrelatedtechnologyplatforms.
- Excellentcommunicationandstakeholdermanagementskills.
- Abilitytoworkindependentlyandmanageprioritieseffectively.
- Strong problem-solvingandcritical-thinkingabilities.
- Collaborativeapproachwithcross-functional teams.
- Comfortableexplainingcomplexconceptstodifferentaudiences.
- Relevantdegreeorequivalentindustryexperience.
- Provenbackgroundinpharmacovigilancesystemsandbusinessprocessimprovement.
