The Quality Manager is reporting directly to the Head of Quality Management and contributes to top product quality and compliance by promoting continuous improvement and collaboration. Through proactive risk management, audits and adherence to global regulations, you deliver value to customers and internal stakeholders across all entities of IBA. You maintain a robust quality management system that ensures global compliance, enhances efficiency, and drives improvement, focusing on patient safety and product reliability.

Problem solver by nature, you lead key QA processes across the whole organization, as Risk Manager and Audit Manager.

• Maintain, improve and monitor the IBA quality management system, including integration of new technologies. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Ensure sites and business teams are properly prepared for external and internal compliance inspections.
• Maintain product quality in close collaboration with the organization.
• Lead and improve the Audit Management process
• Lead and improve the Risk Management process
• Having the authority to issue concessions and stop production and site.
• Ensure identification and reporting of any quality or compliance concerns, take appropriate actions.
• Ensure Supplier Quality compliance through internal QMS and regulatory requirements.
• Drive continuous quality improvements mindset

You have:

• Studies degree in Quality Management or other technical study
• 8 years experienced in Quality Management team
• Regulatory knowledge of norms and regulations for manufacturers in general and especially for medical devices
• Lead auditor ISO 13485 and ISO 9001
• Knowledgeable on MDSAP, MDR, ISO 27001 and GDPR
• Knowledgeable in project and change management is an asset
• Travel up to 20%

• Able to inspire, lead and develop cross-functional teams in a regulated environment
• Able to foster collaboration with other departments
• Process orientation and analytical mindset to make data-driven decision
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A proactive problem-solver
• Autonomous and proactive behavior
