We are looking for a QC Lab Technician in Ghent, Belgium to ensure our products leave our production floor in top condition.

Reporting to the Quality Manager, you will carry out QC inspection and tests on manufactured, state‑of‑the‑art scientific instruments to ensure the highest level of quality for our rapidly expanding customer base. You will demonstrate a high attention to detail and create excellent quality reports and records that authorize products for shipment and make our products and production capabilities better. • Execute calibration and outgoing quality control tests on newly manufactured laboratory instruments
• Complete quality control reports according to approved procedures
• Prepare and qualify sample batches for QC tests and aliquot and label as required
• Perform quality testing on incoming products
• Do whatever is needed to meet production goals, including helping in manufacturing if needed
• Bring your brains to work and make suggestions for improvements

• A bachelor’s degree in laboratory sciences (Biotechnology, Biochemistry or equivalent)
• An all‑rounder with strong sense of precision, accuracy and quality
• Fluency in Dutch and English, good communication skills
• Gritty and ambitious, ready to accomplish something amazing
• Some proficiency with Microsoft Office applications is a plus
