Job Description The Product/Project Quality Assurance Engineer contributes to quality management based on objective data (product/project KPIs such as OTD, OCD, etc.), in order to achieve excellence in execution throughout the company’s lifecycle (products, bids, projects, and services). As a member of the Core Team, you act as the main point of contact for product/project quality.

You will also:
* Ensure proactive follow-up with stakeholders to guarantee that all required documents are submitted on time, enabling timely delivery of parts.
* Ensure that requirements are taken into account and that delivered products and services comply with the applicable requirements within their scope.
* Promote quality culture and methods (problem-solving, RCCA, risk analysis, FMEA, prevention, feedback, etc.).
* Develop a process flow mapping requirements and stakeholders at each stage to ensure clarity and efficiency.
* Perform quality assurance activities under the supervision of management, based on risks and team maturity.
* Analyze quality gaps and risks, anticipate impacts, and propose preventive and corrective solutions.
* Verify proper compliance with procedures by product/project teams and within operational disciplines (engineering, procurement, manufacturing, etc.).
* Respond appropriately to customer complaints.##

Your profile
* Master’s degree in Engineering.
* Knowledge of quality methods and tools.
* Knowledge of related professions.
* Previous experience in the defense or aeronautics sector.
* Proficiency in two languages:
French and English.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Ability to identify edge cases and potential failure points.
* Root cause analysis.
* Communication and collaboration.
* Clear documentation of test cases, non-conformities, and reports.
* Effective communication with team members.
* Collaboration in Agile/Scrum teams.
* Good reporting skills.
* Curiosity and willingness to learn.
* Patience and perseverance.
* Time and priority management.
