As a Portfolio Support Officer, you act as the right hand of our Portfolio Managers. You ensure that the operational and administrative processes within property management run smoothly. • Supporting the management of real estate portfolios
• Preparing reports, indexations, settlements, and contract documents
• Coordinating communication with tenants, suppliers, and internal departments
• Managing and keeping files and databases up to date
• Identifying bottlenecks and proposing improvements

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, administration, economics or an equivalent field
• At least 1 year of experience in a support or coordinating role Strong in planning, accuracy, and discretion
• Communicative, client‑oriented, and a true team player
• Bilingual NL/FR is an asset;
  English is a plus
• Affinity with property management is an advantage
