responsibilities
- Supporting the management of real estate portfolios
- Preparing reports, indexations, settlements, and contract documents
- Coordinating communication with tenants, suppliers, and internal departments
- Managing and keeping files and databases up to date
- Identifying bottlenecks and proposing improvements
- Bachelor’s degree in real estate, administration, economics or an equivalent field
- At least 1 year of experience in a support or coordinating role Strong in planning, accuracy, and discretion
- Communicative, client‑oriented, and a true team player
- Bilingual NL/FR is an asset;
English is a plus - Affinity with property management is an advantage
