Senior Real Estate Valuer

Are you financially minded and driven by real estate? Then the position of Senior Real Estate Valuer at Ceusters in Antwerp is made for you!

As a key member of the Valuation & Advisory team, you will deliver valuation reports to a wide range of clients, including financial institutions, real estate investors and developers, and entrepreneurs.

• You will organize and carry out inspections of various property types, including offices, industrial buildings, retail real estate, residential properties, and development projects
• You will regularly interact with clients, advisors, and other stakeholders in your mission to prepare independent valuations of individual properties and portfolios
• You will provide strategic advice to a broad range of clients, based on thorough and accurate analyses
• You will actively contribute to the continued growth of the Valuation & Advisory team

• At least 3 years of experience in real estate valuations or equivalent experience within the real estate sector
• Experienced in preparing clear and professional reports
• Accurate, stress-resistant, and discreet in all aspects of your work
• Strong communication skills, customer-oriented, and a true team player
• Fluent in Dutch, with preferably a good knowledge of French, both spoken and written
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• In possession of a category B driving license
