TADAO at Georges Henri is recruiting an Assistant Restaurant Manager / Shift Leader to join its team!

As an Assistant Restaurant Manager / Shift Leader, you will be responsible for the smooth running of the restaurant and all operational aspects, including:

• Managing production (availability of all menu items, with minimal waste).
• Placing orders and managing stock.
• Training, managing, leading, motivating, and evaluating employees (including recruiting students): task distribution, supervising the duties of a team of front-of-house and kitchen staff (2 commis chefs, 10 students).
• Welcoming and serving customers during lunch and/or dinner service and offering them a superb experience.
• Managing delivery platforms (Uber Eats, Deliveroo, our own Click & Collect...).
• Monitoring compliance with internal standards (cooking times, portions, composition).
• Meeting quality, service, and hygiene standards.
