Votre fonction :- Préparer et dresser les plats en respectant les standards de la maison.
- Assurer la gestion de votre poste (entrées, plats ou desserts).
- Garantir le respect des normes d’hygiène (HACCP).
- Collaborer avec le Chef et le reste de l’équipe pour offrir une expérience culinaire exceptionnelle.
- Participer à la gestion des stocks et aux commandes.
- Expérience significative en tant que Chef de Partie dans un restaurant ou hôtel haut de gamme.
- Passion pour la gastronomie et souci du détail.
- Capacité à travailler sous pression tout en restant organisé.
- Dynamique, créatif et à l’écoute.
- Disponible et flexible pour des horaires en coupé.
