- Be the face of Cooper Vision in your territory, forging meaningful relationships with customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth through consultative selling.
- Execute strategic territory and customer business plans to meet annual sales targets.
- Deliver joint value through customer journey planning, staff training, and tailored solutions.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure excellent service and support.
- Represent Cooper Vision at industry events, seminars, and exhibitions.
- 3–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in medical devices, FMCG, or retail.
- Proven track record in territory sales and customer business planning.
- Strong commercial mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, and customer‑centric approach.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (Dutch & English).
- Proficiency in , MS Office, and ideally Showpad.
- Bachelor’s degree in Commercial Economics, Business Administration, or Optometry.
- Home‑based field role with extensive travel within your territory.
- Occasional international travel.
- Must reside within the designated territory.
