Responsibilities
  • Be the face of Cooper Vision in your territory, forging meaningful relationships with customers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth through consultative selling.
  • Execute strategic territory and customer business plans to meet annual sales targets.
  • Deliver joint value through customer journey planning, staff training, and tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure excellent service and support.
  • Represent Cooper Vision at industry events, seminars, and exhibitions.
Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in medical devices, FMCG, or retail.
  • Proven track record in territory sales and customer business planning.
  • Strong commercial mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, and customer‑centric approach.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (Dutch & English).
  • Proficiency in , MS Office, and ideally Showpad.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Commercial Economics, Business Administration, or Optometry.
Work Environment
  • Home‑based field role with extensive travel within your territory.
  • Occasional international travel.
  • Must reside within the designated territory.
