Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated, results‑driven Sales Development Representative for our EMEA region. This role is essential for driving growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers, and creating a steady pipeline of opportunities for our Account Executives.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting and Lead Generation – research and target accounts that fit our ideal customer profile using cold calls, email campaigns, Linked In, and industry events.
- Lead Qualification – engage inbound and outbound prospects, assess needs, budget, and authority (e.g., BANT), and articulate our product’s value for semiconductor technology and Edge AI.
- Outreach and Relationship Building – act as the first point of contact, building rapport and educating prospects on our technology.
- Meeting/Demo Setting – schedule qualified meetings and product demos for Account Executives.
- CRM Management and Reporting – track all lead activity in Hub Spot/Salesforce/Demandbase and ensure accurate data and smooth handoff to AEs.
- Collaboration – work with sales, marketing, and product teams to refine lead‑generation strategies and maintain industry knowledge.
- Feedback Loop – provide field feedback to marketing and product to improve ICP and product‑market fit.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferably in a technical, scientific, or engineering discipline.
- 2+ years of experience in sales, telemarketing, or business development with a record of meeting or exceeding goals; technical experience in Enterprise software, AI, or Computer Vision is a plus.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, confident phone presence, and strong active listening.
- Self‑motivated, tenacious, resilient, able to handle rejection and thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
- Excellent time‑management, organization, and prioritization to juggle multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales tools.
- Strong interest in semiconductor technology and Artificial Intelligence/Edge AI is highly preferred.
Career Advancement Path
- Account Executive – primary closing role for complex sales cycles.
- SDR Manager/Team Lead – coaching, process optimisation, and team performance.
- Account Manager / Customer Success Manager – post‑sales client satisfaction, retention, and upsell.
Location
Flexible working arrangement with options to hybrid work from any of our offices in Leuven (Belgium), Amsterdam & Eindhoven (Netherlands), Florence & Milan (Italy), or Bristol (UK).
