(Senior) Outside Sales Air & Ocean (m/f/d)

• Proactively hunt and acquire new customers, focusing on high-value freight
• Build and grow client relationships to maximize business opportunities
• Lead proposals and negotiations to close deals
• Engage prospects through on-site visits and impactful presentations
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored logistics solutions
• Drive regional growth and market expansion

Whether you have previous professional knowledge or are a career changer - you are very welcome here!

• Completed commercial or logistics-related education
• Several years of experience in sales or business development within logistics, having knowledge on pharmaceutical and/or healthcare business is a plus
• Strong customer orientation and communication skills
• Good command in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
• Well-organized and confident in negotiations
• Familiar with Cargo Wise
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
