As a Senior Specialist Warehouse Coordinator for the EU, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless day‑to‑day operations between our 3PL sites and our customers across the EU.
In 2026, you will be based in Contern (Luxembourg) and Tessenderlo (Belgium), managing daily warehouse operations and ensuring operational continuity. In 2027, you will transition to our new fully automated EU warehouse in Beringen (Belgium) once it goes live. Your passion for excellence will drive you to not only meet but exceed industry standards, delivering exceptional customer experiences and bringing the “WOW” to all our stakeholders.
Working within the Logistics Team EMEA, you will be instrumental in optimizing warehouse performance and supporting key internal partners, including sales, retail, customer service, and marketing. While primarily office‑based, you will be hands‑on on the warehouse floor as needed, ensuring operational efficiency and excellence at all times. Mission
- Act as our ON ambassador and collaborate closely with our 3PL to ensure smooth daily operations in Contern and Tessenderlo.
- Proactively communicate and collaborate with our 3PL and internal stakeholders, such as sales, retail, and customer service, to ensure on‑time delivery of our products.
- Resolve any escalations between our 3PL and internal stakeholders and act as the facilitator.
- Take proactive ownership of warehouse‑related projects.
- Identify and track areas for improvement with our 3PL, collaboratively finding solutions.
- Quantify potential benefits from improvement activities and ensure that these are embedded financially in the organisation.
- Collaborate closely with Orderbook Specialists to ensure accurate outbound prioritization.
- Hold regular meetings with 3PL sites to define order priorities based on our business needs.
- Plan warehouse capacity in accordance with our business needs.
- Proactively inform internal stakeholders about backlog situations and mitigation strategies.
- Take part in our weekly Sales Operations and Execution meeting and provide warehouse updates to all internal stakeholders.
- Hold monthly MBRs and quarterly QBRs with the 3PL sites.
- Monitor KPIs on B2B / B2C processes with our 3PL sites closely, investigate and solve root causes for anomalies, and develop and implement corrective actions with 3PL on the shop floor as well as from the ON side.
- Support our Inventory and Compliance team with their requests.
- Support the smooth transition of customers between sites as required.
- Work closely with our Customer Compliance Manager to successfully onboard new customers.
- Assist with any stock clearance activities.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Logistics or Transportation.
- 5‑8 years of experience in warehousing / logistics role.
- Proficiency with Excel and experience working with large data sets to convert into clearly informed decision‑making tools.
- Self‑driven with excellent attention to detail and ability to effectively multi‑task.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, detail‑oriented and flexible; able to prioritize workload.
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems and processes.
- Demonstrated desire to learn, grow and take on increasing responsibility.
