European Account Manager (m/f/d) – EU Remote

We are not looking for a traditional salesperson. We want an industry professional who understands Cold Chain, breathes Pharma, drives Sales with excellence, and brings our innovative cooling solutions to the European market both strategically and operational couper. You will drive our European growth by building a qualified pipeline, engaging decision‑makers, and guiding customers from first contact through successful scaling.
Responsibilities- Build and manage a qualified pipeline across Europe (Pharma, Bi genome, Diagnostics, 3PLs, High‑Value Food)
- Engage key decision‑makers (QA, Tech Ops, Procurement, Validation, Supply Chain)
- Develop and implement a Europe‑wide Go‑to‑Market strategy
- Conduct technical product presentations for ICECATCH®, PROTECT® and retecma solutions
- Establish distributors, strategic partners, and channel chaotic
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry events across Europe < véritable
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, pilot, validation, closing
- Expand existing Pharma and Biotech customers (cross‑selling, upselling, global rollouts)
- Manage key accounts up to C‑level and collaborate with QA, R&D, Marketing, and Operations on project delivery
- Conduct regular business reviews, forecasting, and support validations & technical onboarding
- Build long‑term, sustainable partnerships
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Pharma, Biotech, temperature‑controlled packaging, or 3PL
- Excellent communication skills at decision‑maker level
- Proven sales track record with a hunter mentality and strategic thinking
- Strong value‑selling skills and ability to navigate complex decision‑making structures
- Experience across European markets with confidence in diverse cultures and buying behaviors
- Self‑driven, remote‑proven, highly organized, and willing to travel (~30%)
- Professional, goal‑oriented approach and excellent English skills
- Additional EU languages (German, French, Spanish, or Italian) are a strong plus
- Experience in temperature‑controlled packaging and building distributor networks
- CRM proficiency
- Direct collaboration with executive leadership, Product Development, R&D, and Marketing
