This role works closely with our inbound sales organization in Terrassa (Spain) and cross-functional teams in Leuven (Belgium), in partnership with regional sales representatives and aftermarket managers.## What is in it for you

* Company car also for private use## Role Responsibilities
* Support and develop aftermarket sales across the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg with a focus on development of authorized distributors, OEMs, and key accounts.
* Conduct regular customer visits, including several overnight travels within the Benelux region.
* Collaborate with marketing and engineering teams in Terrassa and Leuven to develop tailored solutions for customers.
* Connect with new potential clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing ones.
* Contribute to regional plans aligned with broader team goals.
* Work very closely with distributors to support their growth and ensure a positive customer experience.##

Minimum Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
* First experience in technical sales within B2B industrial environments.
* Self-motivated, quick thinker and hunter with the ability to manage time and tasks with care and reliability.
* Fluent in Dutch and English, German as a plus##

Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working with indirect sales channels and distributor partnerships.
* Experience in industrial air filtration, aftermarket sales or similar fields.
* Familiarity with customer-specific applications and consultative sales approaches.
