Grid is growing fast, and to support our expanding international footprint we are looking for an experienced and highly motivated technical installation expert to lead and support complex nano

Grid installations in Belgium and abroad.

This role is ideal for someone who is hands‑on, technically strong, comfortable on‑site
, and eager to take ownership of challenging installations while guiding and training local technicians.

As a Senior Technical Installer, you will play a key role in the successful deployment of nano

Grid technology across Europe and beyond.

Your responsibilities include:

• Leading and supporting complex nano
  
  Grid installations on‑site (large and strategic projects)
• Installing and commissioning
  • nano
    
    Grid data loggers
  • Sensors and meters
  • Current transformers (CTs)
  • Power taps and protections
  • Adjustments in low‑voltage electrical cabinets
• Ensuring First Time Right installations
  • Correct execution of installations from the first visit
  • Full and complete data capture
  • Validation of measurement scope and correctness
  • Documentation of observations, deviations, and technical constraints
• Working safely in low‑voltage and high‑voltage environments
• Entering and working in HV cabins when required (BA4 / BA5 certified)
• Training, coaching, and supervising local technicians and partners
• Supporting local teams during first installations and roll‑outs
• Acting as the technical reference on‑site for nano
  
  Grid installations
• Collaborating closely with nano
  
  Grid’s technical delivery and engineering teams
• Traveling frequently and internationally to customer sites

We are looking for someone who brings experience, autonomy, and motivation above all.

Required skills & experience:

• Strong background in electrical installations
• Proven experience with
  • Electrical cabinets (LV)
  • Circuit breakers, power distribution
  • Sensors, meters, and CT installation
  • Industrial or commercial electrical environments
• Able to
  • Read and interpret electrical diagrams and technical documentation
  • Analyze customer installations independently
  • Structure installations logically (block diagrams / technical overview)
  • Take ownership of installation quality and completeness
• BA4 and BA5 certification (mandatory)
• Comfortable working independently on‑site
• Willing and motivated to travel frequently (Belgium + international)
• Able to take responsibility and make decisions in the field
• Strong problem‑solving mindset
