Installer interior doors and stairs

We are recruiting Installer interior doors and stairs for long-term projects in Belgium. As a fitter, you place door assemblies at our customers in accordance with our quality requirements.

• You work in a team with your fellow mechanic
• Measure and prepare openings for door and stair installation
• Install various types of interior doors (e.g., hinged, sliding, pocket)
• Assemble and install staircases, including treads, risers, handrails, and balusters
• Ensure all installations meet building codes and safety standard
• Adjust and align doors and stairs for proper fit and operation
• Use hand and power tools to cut, shape, and secure materials
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members to meet project specifications
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Perform repairs or replacements of existing doors and stairs as needed
• You work in a team with your fellow mechanic
• You preferably have an A2 training in wood techniques, or equivalent through experience
• Your extensive experience with wood/assembly is a big plus
• You can work independently and have a strong hands‑on mentality
• You have an eye for the customer and you are solution‑oriented
• You are accurate and have an eye for quality
• Fixing a frame and installing floors and suspended ceilings
• Installing walls and cladding panels
• Filling the joints of the slab structure and strengthening the structure
