Service Technician (m/f/d) for Rotor Blade Maintenance on Wind Turbines at Vestas Deutschland – Karlsruhe-Heilbronn-Heidelberg

As a Service Technician specializing in rotor blade repairs, you will inspect and repair rotor blades on wind turbines. You will work with laminating resins and composite materials, applying your craftsmanship to ensure quality and safety. Additionally, you will support daily operations, collaborate with team members, and contribute to the effectiveness of clean‑energy initiatives in the region.

• Skilled craftsmanship with a precise, detail‑oriented approach
• Technical knowledge of epoxy resins, fiberglass, and carbon fiber materials
• Understanding of safety protocols, especially when handling hazardous substances
• Ability to work independently and produce technical documentation
• Comfortable using Microsoft and iOS systems; SAP experience is a plus
• Willingness to travel nationally and occasionally internationally
• Physical fitness and comfort working at heights
• Ideally a valid Class C1E driver’s license
• Fluent German and basic English language skills
