Roles & Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive, breakdown, and corrective maintenance of heavy equipment and trucks.
  • Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical faults using diagnostic tools.
  • Carry out engine, transmission, gearbox, differential, and axle overhauling
    .
  • Inspect, repair, and replace hydraulic systems including pumps, motors, valves, and cylinders.
  • Ensure daily equipment inspection
    , lubrication, and servicing as per OEM standards.
  • Maintain service records, job cards, and maintenance logs accurately.
  • Coordinate with supervisors to reduce downtime and improve equipment availability.
  • Follow safety procedures, HSE guidelines
    , and company maintenance policies.
  • Support spare parts identification
    , inventory tracking, and timely replacements.
  • Assist in training junior technicians and maintaining workshop discipline.
