What You’ll Build

As a senior engineer at Base
360, you’ll work across backend services, frontend interfaces, and cloud infrastructure to build the core platform that powers real‑time automation.

You’ll design systems that handle millions of events, integrate with third‑party services, manage high‑volume data flows, and deliver intuitive user experiences.

Your work will define how businesses automate, operate, and scale.

Your Mission Architect Core Services

Design and build APIs, data pipelines, and backend services that form the foundation of Base
360.ai.

Build Automation at Scale

Develop microservices and event‑driven workflows that orchestrate real‑world processes across industries and platforms.

Own The Frontend Experience

Create fast, clean, and intuitive interfaces that allow teams to control automations, monitor systems, and gain insights in real time.

Engineer for Reliability

Design systems that are fault‑tolerant, observable, and able to withstand high‑throughput, multi‑region workloads.

Integrate the Ecosystem

Connect Base
360.ai to services like Stripe, Twilio, Airbnb, Hostaway, and other mission‑critical APIs to create a unified automation layer.

Lead With Impact

Drive technical decisions, mentor other engineers, and help define engineering standards and long‑term architecture.

You’re a Great Fit If You Have

• Strong experience with Node.js / Type Script, Python (FastAPI), or equivalent backend frameworks
• Solid expertise in React or another modern frontend framework
• Deep familiarity with AWS, especially serverless (Lambda, Dynamo
  
  DB, Event Bridge, SQS)
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and event‑driven architecture
• Experience building scalable, production‑grade APIs and real‑time systems
• A passion for automation, intelligent workflows, and simplifying complex processes
• A builder’s mindset — autonomous, fast, pragmatic, and product‑oriented
• The ability to lead initiatives and deliver high‑quality software end‑to‑end
