• Mentor at all levels: provide constructive feedback, conduct code reviews, and offer technical guidance to junior engineers and peers
• Help with System Design: participate in designing and implementing systems, and optimize current ones for performance and cost efficiency

• At least 5 years of practical software engineering experience, preferably across companies at different stages
• Proficiency in HTML/CSS/JavaScript, Python, and SQL
• Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS)
• Deep experience in Nodejs and Type Script
• Deep knowledge of HTTP-based API consumption
• Deep system design experience with a focus on scalability and performance
• Proficiency in software development methodologies
• Excellent mentorship and communication skills
