• You will be working on a software system that is the backbone of the OPENLANE Europe organization. The system is handling approximately 100 000 car sales per year, within and across countries, with a variety of regulations and more than 150 partner integrations, while maintaining a unified experience to our buyers.
• Design, develop, and maintain applications using .NET Core / .NET Framework
  , C#, and related technologies.
• Experience with domain-oriented and event-driven architecture
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure best practices.
• Integrate applications with databases (SQL Server, Entity Framework) and APIs.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements.

• You have a bachelor’s degree in IT (or equal by experience)
• You are a positive team player that likes to work in a motivating international environment
• You have proven experience of minimum 5 years as a C# .NET developer in a web environment
• You have excellent communication and technical skills that fit your senior developer background
• You are knowledgeable about distributed systems, have experience with RESTful web services and web sockets
• You have proven experience with the following technologies .net 6+, C#, entity framework - mass transit or a similar system, MSSQL, Rabbit
  
  MQ and experience with react is a plus
• You have a quality mindset, achieve high levels of code quality standard
• You are experienced in the Agile way of working (Scrum), and devops (CI/CD, pipelines)
• You are fluent in English
• You are open to work 3 days/week at the Tienen office
