We are looking for a Talented Integration Developer to join our Integration team within the domain of Attract&Connect. The Central Integration team within Attract&Connect is expanding rapidly within IT and is therefore looking for you (m/f) to join us. Our mission will drive a more efficient, connected, and future‑ready ecosystem, empowering brokers with seamless digital experiences, facilitating internal collaboration, and ensuring a superior end‑customer journey.

This mission will allow us to focus within integration on:

• Offer state‑of‑the‑art and future‑proof interfaces
• Offer tools to internal employees beside the target back‑office platform

• Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using Microsoft Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management, Event Grid)
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (business analysts, Solution / Application architects, etc.) to gather integration requirements and create technical solutions.
• Develop scalable and secure cloud‑based integration workflows and APIs.
• Optimize performance and troubleshoot integration issues across cloud and on‑premise environments.
• Manage deployment and monitoring of integration solutions in Azure, ensuring high availability, scalability and reliability.
• Maintain and enhance existing integrations, ensuring they align with evolving business requirements.
• Document integration designs, processes, and troubleshooting procedures following the documented Service patterns and Guidelines.
• Provide 3rd Line support on the integration platform
• Stay up-to-date with Azure technology and industry best practices to ensure the implementation of innovative, cutting‑edge solutions.

• At least 5 years of project and development experience in service development with Microsoft Azure Integration Services
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as an Integration Developer with hands‑on expertise in Microsoft Azure Integration Services (Azure API Management, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Event Grid) and .NET and C# programming
• Strong knowledge of web services and APIs (REST, SOAP).
• Experience working with Azure Dev Ops and CI/CD pipelines.
• Solid understanding of cloud architecture, security, and integration patterns.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a fast‑paced team environment.
• Experience with enterprise applications and middleware solutions.
• You are familiar with working in an Agile environment (SAFe)
• Systematic, independent and result‑oriented
• Strong analytical, accurate and problem solving skills
• Willingness and the right attitude to take on a technical challenge independently
• A hands‑on mentality
• Very good knowledge of English and optionally Dutch
• Knowledge of Microsoft Biz Talk is a plus
