Senior Full Stack Developer - EdTech

Paradox is looking for a Full‑Stack Engineer who will play a pivotal role in building the next generation of an online learning platform that integrates AI, delivers an unparalleled user experience, and scales to thousands of students worldwide.

Build a state‑of‑the‑art application that enables millions of people to learn online at scale, combining AI, UX/UI excellence, and performance.

• Build & Innovate – Develop new features, implement AI‑driven functionalities, test, iterate, and push boundaries.
• Scalability & Performance – Optimize resource usage, ensure the app can handle large volumes of concurrent users, and leverage CDN & caching strategies.
• User‑Centred Design – Collaborate with product and design teams to build intuitive, beautiful, and efficient UI/UX.
• Problem‑Solving & Troubleshooting – Investigate and resolve technical challenges to ensure a seamless user journey.
• Collaboration & Communication – Actively participate in architecture discussions, provide constructive feedback, and work within Agile frameworks.

• 3–6 years of Full‑Stack Development experience or as CTO of a startup.
• Deep expertise in Type Script & React.js (minimum 3 years).
• Proficiency in Tailwind CSS.
• Strong AI mindset – actively integrate AI into workflows.
• Passion for clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
• French

• Experience with Nest.js.
• Experience with LMS applications and mobile development.

This is a full‑time position carried out from our beautiful offices in Dubai or Lisbon, or full‑remote from anywhere in the world.
