Full Stack Developer – Ed Tech

Paradox EN is seeking a talented Full Stack Developer to lead the development of our next‑generation online learning platform. This full‑time role can be based in Dubai, Lisbon, or fully remote from anywhere in the world. French and English fluency are required.

As a key member of the founding team, you will set the technical vision and build a scalable, AI‑driven learning management system capable of serving thousands of students simultaneously. You will work closely with product, design and engineering teams, define architecture, and continuously deliver high‑quality, performant code.

• Build & Innovate: Develop new features that enhance the Paradox App and redefine online learning, implement AI‑driven functionalities, and continuously test, iterate, and improve performance.
• Scalability & Performance: Ensure the application handles large volumes of concurrent users while maintaining speed and reliability, optimize resources, and leverage CDN and caching strategies.
• User‑Centred Design: Collaborate with product and design teams to create intuitive, beautiful, and efficient interfaces, prototype features, and incorporate AI to enhance user interactions.
• Problem Solving & Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve technical challenges, analyse recurring issues and proactively implement solutions, and work across teams to keep the system stable.
• Collaboration & Communication: Participate in technical architecture discussions, provide constructive feedback, and work within Agile frameworks to deliver timely, high‑quality results.

• 3–6 years of Full Stack Development experience or a CTO role in a startup.
• Deep expertise in Type Script and React.js (minimum 3 years).
• Proficiency in Tailwind CSS for responsive design.
• A strong AI mindset – actively integrating AI into workflows.
• Passion for clean, maintainable, scalable code.

• Experience with Nest.js.
• Experience with LMS applications and mobile development.
