What You'll Do- Oversee commercial plumbing scopes on ground-up construction projects
- Manage project budgets, schedules, change orders, materials, and subcontractors
- Work closely with general contractors, field leaders, and trade partners to ensure high-quality installations
- Lead project kickoff meetings, coordinate manpower, and monitor jobsite progress
- Maintain safety standards, documentation, and compliance requirements
- Build strong relationships with clients and represent our company professionally on every project
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, with 3-5 years of experience in construction design, finance, and project management.
- Strong knowledge of piping systems, code requirements, submittals, and project sequencing
- Ability to read and interpret plans, specs, and project documents
- Solid communication and leadership skills – comfortable working with field teams and GCs
- Proven track record managing budgets, schedules, and project documentation
