Family Medicine NP or PA
- Coverage Duration: Immediate start; 3-month commitment with potential for extension.
- Practice Environment: Outpatient clinic setting, serving patients across all age groups
- Language Proficiency: Bilingual in Spanish is mandatory.
- Location Flexibility: Coverage required at both Cudahy and Lynwood clinics.
- Work Schedule: Part-time shifts;
First week:
Monday to Wednesday;
Second week:
Thursday to Friday, on a rotating basis. - Clinical Duties: Focused on primary care outpatient services, particularly assisting with increased patient volume for cold/flu cases.
- On-Call Responsibilities: No on-call duties required.
- Patient Volume: Anticipated patient panel of 20-24 patients per day on average.
- Electronic Medical Records (EMR): Utilization of EPIC (Health Connect) system.
- Compensation Structure: Hourly rate, all-inclusive.
- Credentialing Timeline: Approximately 90 days post-application submission.
- Required
Certifications:
Board certification along with certification from the American Heart Association. - State Licensing: Must possess an active California state license.
