Digital Training Facility Manager (DTFM) – Bell, CA
Pro Sidian is a Management and Operations Consulting firm that serves DoD/Military sector clients. The Digital Training Facility Manager will support and oversee the use of Digital Training Facilities (DTFs) at the Bell, CA location, ensuring smooth operations, equipment maintenance, and timely training support.
Responsibilities- Schedule and manage the use of DTFs, providing hands‑on assistance to EM staff.
- Operate and maintain equipment on‑site, and record operation status.
- Replace monitors, desktops, and servers as directed by EM, verifying hardware and software functionality.
- Maintain facility security and support students’ use of DTF assets.
- Schedule training sessions in coordination with Soldiers and the Distributed Learning Point of Contact (DL POC).
- Report operational status of DTFs to the DL POC.
- Co‑ordinate with EM technicians and facility maintenance teams.
- Monitor and report inventory of IT hardware, desks, chairs, and other furniture.
- Minimum 5 years of management experience in IT support/operations.
- Strong analytical and evaluation skills for trainee needs and training logistics.
- Excellent oral and written communication; ability to prepare clear reports and presentations.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, IT, or related field.
- General knowledge of software applications; experience operating IT equipment and workstation set‑up.
- Customer service experience resolving desktop IT resource issues.
- U.S. citizenship required; valid U.S. Passport for potential travel.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher) and Adobe.
- Eligible for a Facility Access Authorization and, if required, a Financial Disclosure Statement.
