Bella Vista Community Church is a loving, active congregation located in a beautiful and growing community in Bella Vista, Arkansas. We are prayerfully seeking a full-time Pastor who is a spiritually grounded, Bible-centered leader with a clear sense of God’s calling and a heart for shepherding people of all ages. The ideal candidate will inspire meaningful worship, teach and apply Scripture with clarity and relevance, communicate vision effectively, and lead with integrity, humility, and joy.
We desire a collaborative, forward-thinking leader who values prayer, encourages spiritual growth, equips others for ministry, and balances pastoral care with sound organizational leadership. A passion for outreach, openness to innovation, and the ability to guide our church strategically as we live out God’s mission together are essential.
Position Requirements Include:
- Academic – Master of Divinity – a 3-year degree from a seminary accredited by the AATS preferred, or an equivalent degree from an accredited graduate school
- Philosophical and Theological commitment:
Subscribes to the statement of faith, mission and purpose of BVCC - Minimum of five years Pastoral experience
- Excellence is preaching and teaching, combined with strong leadership qualities and high commitment to ministerial care and counseling
- Energetic self-starter with a friendly personality
- Administrative and organization ability
- Personal integrity and involvement in community activities
