Bella Vista Community Church is a loving, active congregation located in a beautiful and growing community in Bella Vista, Arkansas. We are prayerfully seeking a full-time Pastor who is a spiritually grounded, Bible-centered leader with a clear sense of God’s calling and a heart for shepherding people of all ages. The ideal candidate will inspire meaningful worship, teach and apply Scripture with clarity and relevance, communicate vision effectively, and lead with integrity, humility, and joy.
We desire a collaborative, forward-thinking leader who values prayer, encourages spiritual growth, equips others for ministry, and balances pastoral care with sound organizational leadership.
