We’re mentors, not just tutors. Our coaches work one-on-one with students to build the skills that make school click: organization, study habits and confidence, along with the subject itself. Families come to us for academic coaching, executive functioning support, test prep and college admissions guidance, and they stay because their kids start to own their success.
Our team makes it all possible, and they love working here. Our own staff voted us a Houston Chronicle Top Workplace, ranking us #3 among Houston companies our size. In 2026, Energage also recognized us for Leadership, Professional Development and Work-Life Flexibility, and Inc. named us to the Inc. 5000 list of America’s fastest-growing private companies.
We grow from within. Many of our leaders started here as coaches, and we invest in training and professional development so you can grow your career with us. With seven Houston-area locations and Dallas opening soon, there’s room to grow.
If you love helping students and want to work with people who Think Big and Win as One, we’d love to meet you.
