Client Service Representative​/Paraplanner Park Place Financial

We are an independent financial planning firm located in Bellaire, Texas. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter interested in making a difference in clients' lives. We seek an individual willing to take initiative and grow with the business. The position requires full-time work in the office.

Our primary clients are people who are retired or retiring soon. Our focus is on helping clients pay less tax and avoid outliving their money.

• Maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients
• Process new account paperwork
• Handle distributions, Roth conversions, and other transactions
• Respond to client inquiries
• Schedule meetings with clients
• Assist clients with website access, password resets, etc.
• Prepare for and follow up on client meetings
• Ensure compliance with meeting requirements
• Assist with administrative and marketing duties
• Potential to become a financial advisor

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Active Series 7, 63, and 65 licenses, or Series 7 and 66 preferred
• Texas Insurance License is ideal
• At least 3 years of experience in financial services
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong client service orientation
• Outgoing, friendly personality is a plus
• Familiarity with NFS, Redtail, and Emoney is a plus

Must pass a background check, including fingerprinting.

• $50,000 - $75,000 depending on skills and experience
