The Administrative Director, System Service Lines provides results‑oriented leadership for multiple service lines across a public, integrated health system. This role supports the institution's mission by aligning service line strategies with clinical, educational, and research goals. The Administrative Director operates within a matrixed structure, collaborating with faculty, hospital operations, and administrative teams to drive performance, financial sustainability, and care integration. Exceptional communication and healthcare finance expertise are critical.
Minimum Qualifications- Degrees: Masters: MHA, MPH, or MBA.
- Licenses & Certification: FACHE (Preferred)
- Work Experience: Ten (10) Years Work Experience in healthcare, preferably operations.
- Management
Experience:
Seven (7) Years of Management Experience with progressive leadership in healthcare operations or service line management. Preferably in an academic medical center. - Communication
