Bellaire Family Eye Care is seeking a friendly and reliable, full-time receptionist with billing experience who is a dedicated and enthusiastic professional, to join our front desk and billing team.

• Two years’ minimum experience preferred working in a fast paced optometric, ophthalmology or medical practice
• The ability to thrive in a busy environment and to be proactive in finding solutions to challenges
• Being organized, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional results.
• Superior communication skills (verbal & written), bilingual a plus
• Experience working successfully in a team environment, functioning for the good of the team over the individual
• Five Star patient service skills to exceed the needs of our patients
• Experience with Crystal or a similar electronic medical record system
