Kore Autism Services (Kore) has provided in-home and community-based ABA therapy services in Houston, TX since 2022. Now is an exciting time to join Kore. In the spring of 2026 we opened our very first center! Kore values clinical collaboration among staff and is committed to providing functional, creative, and high-quality ABA therapy.

Clinical support, training, and opportunities to work with other clinicians:

• Weekly meetings to discuss cases and provide support to one another
• Monthly collaboration with Kore's Clinical Director

Caseload and

Hours:

• 25 billable hours each week, 40-hour work week
• Average number of cases 6-8
• Average client ages 2-10

Location:

• This is an in person BCBA role in Houston, TX
• BCBA's may provide in-home, community-based, and/or center-based services at the new center in Bellaire, TX

• 1+ years of experience as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Texas License Behavior Analyst (LBA)

• Pay Range: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
• Full-Time: 40 hours per week
• Bonus for Full-Time BCBAs with Texas Medicaid  #: $5,000 distributed throughout the year, quarterly
