JOB SUMMARY

The Information Technology Technical Support Analyst I ensures that the operational interests of their respective functional areas are represented in the day-to-day operations of the Information Technology Department. This role supports hardware and software deployed within the Harris Health system via the IT Customer Service Center.

In addition this position supports IT Operations - multi factor authentication, data center, network system monitoring, network printer support, server maintenance - VM Ware, Citrix and VPN and Active Directory; schedule 6 - 6 AM

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Two (2) year degree/certificate from a recognized computer maintenance technical school or equivalent work experience.

One of the following is preferred:

  • Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST)
  • Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP)
  • HDI Desktop Support Technician (HDI-DST)
  • HDI Support Center Analyst (HDI-SCA)

Work Experience:

  • 4 years within I.T.
  • Three (3) years experience IT Service Call Center required
  • One (1) year experience with Desktop OS and network infrastructure remote support
