Reporting to the Chief Development Officer, the Director of Development Services is responsible for overseeing the financial health and operational efficiency of the Harris Health Strategic Fund and the Harris County Hospital District Foundation. As a member of the development leadership team, this role requires a seasoned finance and operations professional with a strong background in non-profit financial management, budgeting, compliance and risk, development operations and strategic planning.
The Director provides strategic financial and operational leadership, working closely with the Chief Development Officer and Boards of Trustees of the Fund and Foundation.
- Degrees:
- Bachelor in Finance, business, nonprofit management or related field.
- Master's (Preferred)
- Work Experience:
- Seven (7) Years Work Experience in Financial and program management; strategic planning and implementation, operational efficiency, compliance and risk management.
- Management
Experience:- Five (5) Year of Management Experience with overseeing and managing staff, including hiring, training, performance management and professional development.
