Quiddity is expanding and we are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to elevate our digital strategy and build our engagement with B2B and government clients. If your strength is converting marketing knowledge to new insights for improvements in client outreach in alignment with strategic goals, this is a role for you.
Responsibilities- Lead with your experience in digital marketing (SEO, social media platforms, and website) and analytical skills to optimize the most successful channels and pivot as needed.
- Develop and execute data‑driven campaigns with clear KPI’s and measurable ROI.
- Focus on campaign performance of sponsored content strategy and translate insights into actionable recommendations to targeted accounts.
- Create campaign strategy and timelines with the marketing content team based on audience segmentation.
- Conduct research to develop segmentation and, based on behaviors and traffic patterns, improve communications with existing customers while growing Quiddity’s audience base.
- Use platforms such as Linked In and Google Analytics to develop strategy for the launch of new markets/geographies.
- Strengthen content strategy using A/B testing, social listening, and customer engagement through all team efforts.
- Collaborate with Quiddity leaders to share updated market learnings.
- Work with Business Development team to enhance customer engagement and regional strategies.
- Work within the marketing team in a contributor role with matrix management of others on projects and programs.
- Navigate and utilize CRM such as MS Dynamics or equivalent in marketing efforts.
- Compliance with brand consistency across all platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing.
- 7+ years marketing experience.
- Ability to understand technical businesses and audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Knowledge of Power BI a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
