Base pay range: $22.00/hr – $26.00/hr (actual pay based on skills and experience, discussed with recruiter).

As an LVN at Med Care, you will provide one‑on‑one care in a setting where patients thrive—uctured schedules allow for meaningful patient interactions, thorough documentation, and flexibility to balance professional and personal life. • Valid Texas LVN license, current CPR certification, driver’s license, and auto liability insurance
• 6 months of pediatric home health experience as an LVN preferred (not required)
• Provide skilled nursing care to pediatric clients in a home setting for 8–12 hour shifts, allowing them to remain with their families instead of an inpatient facility
• Care for clients with serious illnesses, disabilities, or those recovering from injuries or extensive surgery
• Assess client conditions during each visit, including vital signs, seizure monitoring, and care for gastrostomy tubes, tracheostomies, CPAP/BiPAP, and ventilators
