• Deliver 1-on-1 or small-group in-home personal training sessions
• Create personalized exercise programs utilizing the GYMGUYZ Fitness App tailored to each client’s needs and preferences.
• Track client progress and adjust programming to support their goals
• Communicate proactively to ensure exceptional client retention and satisfaction
• Provide education on proper techniques, motivation, and accountability during every session
• Conduct reassessments regularly
• Maintain accurate schedules and notes in the GYMGUYZ system
• Participate in field marketing events or outreach as assigned
• Attend monthly team meetings and contribute to a culture of feedback and growth
• Other duties as assigned

• Nationally accredited personal training certification (e.g., NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM)
• CPR/AED certification
• Demonstrated knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy, and nutrition
• Willingness to travel to clients’ homes and work flexible hours
• Tech-savvy (comfortable using apps and basic mobile scheduling tools)
• Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
• Adaptable and open to giving and receiving feedback
• Availability to build toward a full-time client load over time
