PRN Physical Therapist (PT) – Eduro Healthcare
Apply to join our PRN team. We provide outstanding short‑term and long‑term care services, mentor staff, and support new program development in areas such as Wound Care, Vestibular Therapy, Dementia certification, Percutaneous Tibial Neuromodulation (PTNM), and Skilled Maintenance therapy.
The primary purpose of this position is to ensure the highest quality of resident care, support staff, and establish a positive reputation in the community while delivering on the Eduro Healthcare values of wellness, compassion, customer experience, and company results.
Job Responsibilities- Evaluate a resident’s condition and develop an appropriate physical rehabilitation plan.
- Help residents improve mobility and assist with daily tasks, monitoring performance.
- Inform residents about recovery stages and how they will handle each situation.
- Maintain resident confidence and protect facility operations by keeping information confidential.
- Supervise the activities of physical therapy assistants when required.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to infection‑control policies and protocols.
- Comply with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements.
- Contribute to interdisciplinary team efforts in resident care.

- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Experience working with geriatric patients is a plus.
- Completion of company orientation.
- Health screening and TB test within two weeks of employment.
- Familiarity with and compliance to all local, state, and federal regulations relating to the job.
- Provide satisfactory evidence of identity and eligibility for employment within three (3) days of hire.
